A Word From the Head Coach - John WalkerHead Coach - John Walker

Our Nebraska Soccer program is dedicated to developing players and coaches alike. We have a challenging curriculum meant to improve the skill set that competitive youth players will be called upon to utilize as they grow older and compete at higher levels. We have 21 current Husker soccer players that attended our Winter Soccer Academy and Big Red Soccer Camps with that number to grow to 25 as our new freshmen class arrives in the fall of 2012. For our coaches, we host coaching clinics throughout the year aimed at sharing some of the philosophies and methods that we use on a daily basis with our Husker soccer players. These clinics are complete with professionally prepared materials that will help you long after our clinics are complete. We also strive to secure the top presenters from across the country to give insight as to other successful programs’ methods at our Annual Nebraska Winter Coach’s Clinic. It has grown into one of the premier coach’s clinics in the Midwest with attendance of over 300! Whether you are a player or a coach, our curriculums are designed to help you achieve a strong technical foundation, competitive excellence, and a tactical understanding of the game at whatever you level you currently compete.

WINTER ACADEMY IS ON AS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, JANUARY 29TH.  See you at camp.
